Refund & Cancellation Policy
Completed Services
Lawn care services are generally considered completed once the scheduled service has been performed. If a customer has a concern with completed work, they should contact Keokuk Lawn Care within 24 hours so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds and Corrections
Depending on the situation, Keokuk Lawn Care may offer a correction, partial refund, full refund, service credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a service. Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or lack of property access.
Property Access Issues
If a property cannot be accessed because of locked gates, unsecured pets, blocked areas, or other access issues, the service may be rescheduled. Repeated access issues may result in additional fees or cancellation of future service.
Weather Delays
Lawn care service may be postponed due to rain, storms, wet ground, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related concerns.
