By scheduling or purchasing services from Keokuk Lawn Care, customers agree to the service details, pricing, and policies listed below.
Services
Keokuk Lawn Care provides lawn mowing, trimming, basic yard cleanup, and related lawn maintenance services for customers in Keokuk, IA, Ft. Madison, IA, and surrounding areas.
Estimates and Pricing
Prices may be provided before service based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the property condition, requested work, or scope of service is different than originally described.
If the price needs to change before or during service, Keokuk Lawn Care will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and receive approval before completing work outside the original agreed-upon scope.
Scheduling
Service dates may be affected by weather, equipment issues, property access, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for making sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should remove toys, hoses, decorations, wires, pet waste, and other objects from the lawn before service. Keokuk Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be accepted by cash, card, online invoice, or other approved payment methods. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Service Limitations
Keokuk Lawn Care provides lawn maintenance services. Chemical application, pesticide, herbicide, or weed-control services are only offered when legally permitted and, when required, performed by properly licensed or certified applicators.
Changes to These Terms
Keokuk Lawn Care may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are made means the customer accepts the updated terms.
